Mothers day!

It was Mothers day! Soft is a Mother because she hatched two chicks. 

Rosie had Emily.

Issy had two kittens.

Another camera lover.

How small can eggs get! This egg is next to my thumb.

When I was taking pictures of Razo, Issy kept getting in front of the camera and going right up to the lens. 

Razo has a talent for finding socks. When he finds a sock he either puts the sock in my brothers room or he pics it up and starts to meow and goes looking for my brother.  

One day my brother went outside to the patio and found chickens on the cat tower. I think the chickens like the cat tower more than the cats. They even lay eggs in it!

This is Redbeak. When he got older he would chase us and try to peck our feet. If we had long boots on he would look for another spot where there was skin available to peck. :)

How To Make Paper Animals

The swan! First you'll need a piece of paper. It doesn't matter what kind of paper.    

Fold two ends to make it look like a little house. 

Then fold it again.

Then fold the tip upward.

Then fold part of the tip down a little.

You made a swan!

If you want to make an animal face you will first need a piece of paper. (Again, it doesn't matter what kind of paper.)

Then you need to cut off a corner.

Take the corner and fold it into a kite.



Then you'll need to bend the ends of the kite upward



Cut the ends of ears to make them curved a little, then fold one of the ears down a little.

Congratulations! You made a dog!



When I was trying to make an origami bird a long time ago I ended up making a dog. :-)

When we were making the roles I had an idea to sculpt a turkey.   

In the end the turkey ended up wearing black shoes.  :)

The batch the turtle was in ended up getting burnt, but it made the turtle shell look more life like.

This sweet looking puppy was seen by my brother and my dad while they were going to the church to play basketball. While they were driving out of the neighborhood they saw him on the side of the road.
